Folder / Tag Manager
The Folder / Tag Manager displays all the Folders / Tags that you can apply to the Results in your Account. Folders and Tags are essentially the same thing. To create a Folder / Tag, simply click on the "Tag" link under the abstract and type in the name of the Tag. Once you are done, click on the "Add Tags" button. When you "tag" a Result, the system automatically creates a folder by that name and places the Result into it. You are able to create as many tags as you need, and a Result can hold up to 50 different tags at any given time.
Add Folder / Tag
If you want to add a new Folder / Tag to be used in your account, simply enter the name of the Folder / Tag in the open box at the top of the page and click on the “Add” button. The Folder / Tag will then be available to be used in your account when you are working with your Results.
Edit Folder / Tag
If you want to edit the name of the Folder / Tag, simply click in the field that contains the name of the Folder / Tag, make the appropriate edits and then select the “Update” button to the right of the Folder / Tag name.
Delete Folder / Tag
If you want to delete the Folder / Tag, simply select the “Delete” button to the right of the Folder / Tag name and it will delete the Folder / Tag from your account. It will also remove all the Folders / Tags from the Results that the Folder / Tag had previously been applied to.
Total Results
To the right of the Folder / Tag field is a count of the number of Results that have been Tagged / Saved to Folder.
