Create Spreadsheet
The Results in your Account can be downloaded as a Microsoft Excel format spreadsheet. There are three formats available on all levels: Default, Custom and CSV spreadsheets.
Default Spreadsheet
Downloading Results into the “default” spreadsheet means that will include our standard spreadsheet format. Among other things, this will include the hyperlinked headline, the abstract, the keyword(s) included, any rating, clip note, tag, etc.
Custom Spreadsheet
You have more control over how your data is displayed and what data is downloaded using this option. You can choose which columns display what information and in the order you prefer. This option also enables you to include Twitter Followers/Followings.
CVS Spreadsheet
This format was designed for specific client needs, as well as a way to access the spreadsheet option if you are having trouble opening either of the other two. It is the most universal format of data to be opened in all spreadsheet applications across all platforms.
